AML/KYC and Registration Senior Officer – CDI
We are looking for an eFront Specialist with strong technical and functional expertise in the platform, someone capable of configuring parameters, validating fund accounting operations, and ensuring the accurate production of the NAV. This role is essential to guarantee that our Private Markets operations and alternative investment processes run efficiently, with strong controls and in line with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with eFront beyond operational use, including functional configuration, workflows, access rights, accounting mappings, business rules, and a solid understanding of fund accounting and illiquid investment structures.
Main responsibilities

Administer and configure the eFront ecosystem, including:
- Accounting parameters (GL, postings, allocation rules)
- Operational workflows (capital calls, distributions, valuations, fees)
- Data structures and mappings across entities, investments, and transactions
- Group-Based Access Control (GBAC) and segregation-of-duties models -
Oversee and validate daily fund accounting within eFront:
- Recording and reconciliation of commitments, capital calls, distributions, and cash movements
- Validation of NAV calculation and regulatory reporting (CSSF, ILPA, BCL...)
- Controls around valuations, fees, waterfalls, and other core processes -
Coordinate Data Quality, testing, and UAT activities:
- Review of master data and business rules
- Design of test scenarios, use cases, and post-release functional validation
- Defect management and functional support for operations teams - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (accounting, operations, risk, IT) and external parties (auditors, depositaries, providers, consultants)
- Document processes, workflows, functional changes, and best practices for BAU teams
- Propose process improvements, workflow optimization, and automation of recurring tasks
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience with eFront (FrontInvest / FrontGP) at a technical-functional level, not just as an end-user

Strong knowledge of:
- Private Equity, Real Estate, or Private Debt fund accounting
- NAV calculation and GP/LP structures
- Fee models, carried interest, waterfalls, and valuation of alternative assets -
Prior experience in:
- Configuring workflows, parameters, accounting rules, and processes within eFront
- UAT processes, testing design, functional analysis, and change management -
Valuable tools and competencies:
- SQL, ETL/Data Quality, Jira/Confluence, testing tools
- Experience integrating eFront with other systems (custodians, accounting systems, data hubs) - Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Languages: Fluent English; other European languages are an advantage
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail
