Multifonds Service Officer
As part of the IT Team, the Multifonds(*) Service Officer will assist on the functional setup of the fund accounting platform and will provide support to the fund accounting team. He/she will also manage “out-of-platform” requests for data extraction and general reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fund accounting processes and the ability to work confidently with databases.
(*) Multifonds is a top-tier platform for management of UCIT funds.
Main responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for users of the fund accounting platform
- Handle and track user requests, incidents, and data-related queries
- Perform basic checks on accounting data and mismatches
- Support routine operational tasks related to fund accounting processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of requests and resolutions. Contribute to the knowledge database
- Data extraction from informational databases
Qualifications and experience
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products
- Proven experience in UCITS accounting
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Macros, ...)
- Experience in data manipulation. Ability to extract data from SQL databases
- Knowledge of Multifonds
- Optional: knowledge in E-front or any other fund accounting platforms
