During these 6-months, the internship is fully compensated. You will gain exposure to different business areas, learn directly from experienced professionals, and discover how the investment fund industry operates from the inside.
This is the first step of a unique career path designed to help high-potential talent grow within ADEPA:
- Stage 1: Cantera Program (6 months).
- Stage 2: Junior Professional Development Contract Opportunity (CDD 1 year).
- Stage 3: Permanent Career Opportunity (CDI)

Main responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day activities of Fund Administration and Corporate Services teams.
- Assist in the processing and review of operational tasks.
- Learn the fundamentals of investment funds, financial services, regulatory environments and business operations.
- Participate in projects led by different departments.
- Collaborate with professionals from multiple areas and countries.
- Prepare reports, documentation and process controls.
- Attend training sessions and mentoring meetings.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop professional communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Participate actively in the ADEPA culture and team environment.
What you will learn
The exact rotation plan will depend on the location and the operational needs of each ADEPA office, but it considers areas such as:
- Fund Administration / Fund Accounting
- Investor Services / Transfer Agency
- Transaction Processing / Securities and Corporate Actions
- Corporate Services / Legal and Compliance
- Operations and Internal Projects
- Management Company Activities
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree (completed or is expected to be completed soon) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Additional languages are considered a plus (Spanish, Italian, French).
- Previous internship or work experience is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Curiosity about finance, investment funds and international business.
