Our Shareholding Structure

Adepa was founded in 1980 by the Morales family. Today the new generation, represented by Carlos Alberto Morales López, continues to lead and control the firm with a long-term entrepreneurial vision. In 2023, Adepa entered a strategic alliance with Inversis, a leading banking group specializing in global investment solutions. As part of this partnership, Inversis acquired a 40% stake in Adepa.

Inversis is, in turn, owned by Banca March (51%) and Euroclear (49%).

This collaboration combines Adepa’s international expertise in fund services with Inversis’ strong position in banking and investment solutions, reinforcing our shared commitment to innovation and leadership in the industry.
