Multifonds Service Officer

As part of the IT Team, the Multifonds(*) Service Officer will assist on the functional setup of the fund accounting platform and will provide support to the fund accounting team. He/she will also manage “out-of-platform” requests for data extraction and general reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fund accounting processes and the ability to work confidently with databases.

(*) Multifonds is a top-tier platform for management of UCIT funds.

Main responsibilities

Provide first-level support for users of the fund accounting platform
Handle and track user requests, incidents, and data-related queries
Perform basic checks on accounting data and mismatches
Support routine operational tasks related to fund accounting processes
Maintain accurate documentation of requests and resolutions. Contribute to the knowledge database
Data extraction from informational databases

Qualifications and experience

University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products
Proven experience in UCITS accounting
Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Macros, ...)
Experience in data manipulation. Ability to extract data from SQL databases
Knowledge of Multifonds
Optional: knowledge in E-front or any other fund accounting platforms
