FUND ADMINISTRATION – COMPLIANCE & AUDIT MANAGER

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
In the frame of the Fund Administration Service, the Fund Administration – Compliance & Audit Manager will be responsible for the robustness, the quality and the regulatory compliance of the fund administration activities of the Company and the funds in scope. This includes having control, in coordination with the Head of Nav Center(s) and the Head of Securities Hub, of the main mandatory reporting and liaising with funds counterparties.

More particularly:

• Support in the periodical assessment that Funds setup is in line with the contractual and regulatory framework of the Funds, with specific focus on fees
• Coordinate and manage annual and interim fund audits, ensuring a robust internal control process, efficient resolution of audit queries and timely completion of audit deliverables.
• Coordinate and manage the fund administration part of Company’s audits (ISAE 3402, internal audit, external audit, etc)
• Prepare and review annual and semi-annual financial statements, including supporting disclosures and notes to the accounts.
• Analyse the impact on the fund administration function of new regulations and coordinate their effective implementation.
• Design and keep regularly updated the policies and procedures of the fund administration function.
• Coordinate and manage the periodic reporting of the fund administration activities to the governing bodies of the fund and of the Company.
• Support the errors and incidents management process of the fund administration function to ensure due compliance with the regulatory and contractual requirements of the Company and to promote a continued improvement of the function.
• Assist with the oversight of fund administration delegates and with the due diligence performed by external parties on the fund administration activities of the Company.
• Coordinate and manage CSSF requests impacting the fund administration function.

Qualifications and experience
• University degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent experience,
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a fund accounting /administration position,
• Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products,
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage,
• Good command of the MS office tools ,
• Knowledge of Multifonds or e-Front will be an advantage.
