ICT Infrastructures Manager

In the context of the growing of our IT department we are hiring a senior “ICT Infrastructures Manager” for a dynamic and significant position with a multi-jurisdiction reach. This hiring will play a key role in the transformation that our Group is currently making, towards a more modernized and rationalized ICT infrastructure.

Main responsibilities

Guarantee the normal operation of the ICT infrastructure in the Group.
Increase whenever possible the resiliency and the security of the ICT environment.
Design and testing of BCP/DR practices within the group.
Propose & execute changes and improvements to the ICT infrastructure.
Keep the ICT infrastructure aligned with the applicable regulations in every jurisdiction.
Document ICT policies & procedures.
Support on audit activities.
Oversight of ICT providers.
Provide KPI indicators about ICT infrastructure.

Qualifications & technical skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Proven knowledge on cloud and on-premises environments, with focus on Microsoft environments.
Proven knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).
Proven knowledge on security and cybersecurity.
Knowledge of scripting languages.
Ability to identify issues. Able to take ownership and resolve them through to completion.
Used to solving problems in unfamiliar domains.
Capable of providing updates to Management and preparing executive summaries.
Negotiation skills and knowledge transfer capabilities.
Fluent in English. Negotiation level.
